Managing Director
Mike founded multiple businesses and is a keen student of the mind. His passion is helping companies leverage trends and technology to foster rapid and successful growth. When Mike isn’t working, you’ll find him travelling or meditating.
John Premental
Chief Technical Director
John is a self-proclaimed nerd. At age 15, he became Portugal’s national maths champion. At age 13, he started learning to code and has accumulated a wealth of expertise since then. He is an avid Rick and Morty fan and is surprisingly extraverted for a techie.
Sandra Mojen
Head Growth Consultant
Sandra has extensive experience in tech recruitment, sales, and marketing. And she is very adept at working with people. In her free time, she likes to bake and travel. She’s also a nerd—but in biology and the natural world.

Our story began when Mike invited Rui to a four-day seminar at the Millionaires Business School, which was led by Peter Sage, an international speaker and business coach.
